BMC back to sealing whole bldgs in parts of Mum

With a spike in the positivity percentage among high-risk contacts (HRCs) in Dahisar, Borivli and Kandivli, the BMC has once again decided to seal entire buildings or at least entire wings if even just one Covid-19 positive patient is found.
