A day after quitting as CLP chief, Thorat skips key meet

Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat on Wednesday skipped the crucial meeting of the business advisory committee presided over by state assembly speaker Rahul Narwekar. Congress was represented by former chief minister Ashok Chavan instead of Thorat.
