All electric cars to have green number plates

The Centre on Monday asked state transport departments to ensure that all battery-operated vehicles, both existing and new, have green number plates immediately. The road transport ministry in August, 2018, had introduced the new number plate for all battery-operated or electric vehicles.

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
