Don’t insist on Covid report for admission: HC

Delhi high court on Monday directed city hospitals to follow the Delhi government’s circular over not insisting on Covid positive test reports before admitting patients who show symptoms of the infection.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order

Holding it mandatory for a government authority to expeditiously deal with and communicate its decision on a representation made by a person against preventive detention, the Supreme Court on Friday invalidated an order passed by Madhya Pradesh government against a doctor after noting that no decision was taken on his representation for two months.
