Cold wave in Delhi may loosen grip over next 10 days

A cold wave gripped parts of Delhi for the third consecutive day on Tuesday. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), cold wave was recorded at Safdarjung, which is the city’s base station, Lodhi Road and Ayanagar. However, locals are expected to get relief from cold wave conditions as the minimum temperature is likely to rise for the next 10 days under the influence of three western disturbances.
