App creator sought photos of 100 women: Police

Neeraj Bishnoi, the alleged creator of the Bulli Bai app, had asked a co-accused to send photographs of 100 "famous non-BJP Muslim women" for putting them up for `auction', Mumbai police has said in its charge sheet.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
