4 dupe woman of Rs 6 cr, held in Delhi

Four people, including a Nigerian national, were arrested for allegedly cheating a woman of over Rs six crore on the pretext of sending expensive gifts, police said on Thursday.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
