Covid hits Sureme Court’s same-sex-marriage bench, tomorrow’s hearing cancelled

Despite the SC making it mandatory for all staff to wear masks because of rising Covid cases, Justice S R Bhat is said to have been infected with the virus which forced the five-judge Constitution bench hearing the petitions for same-sex couples’ marriage rights to cancel proceedings on Monday.
