A public notice from the MCG listing rules governing pets and shared on Wednesday on a WhatsApp group of RWAs before it is officially put out drew exasperation by suggesting dogs taken into custody can be killed if their owners don't claim them within a stipulated time.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
