India will do all it can to end the war through dialogue and diplomacy and help ameliorate the pain and suffering of the Ukrainian people, PM Narendra Modi told Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in their first bilateral meeting since Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
