Thane: Army jawan booked for raping woman cop

Police in Maharashtra's Thane have registered a case against an Army jawan posted with the Bombay Engineer Group and Centre located in Pune city for allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman constable he had befriended on social media, an official said on Thursday.

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
