Half the govt vehicles in B'luru to be electric

About half the government-run vehicles in the city will be converted to electric by 2019, said state minister for large and medium scale industries KJ George here on Tuesday.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order

Holding it mandatory for a government authority to expeditiously deal with and communicate its decision on a representation made by a person against preventive detention, the Supreme Court on Friday invalidated an order passed by Madhya Pradesh government against a doctor after noting that no decision was taken on his representation for two months.
