Minor raped by lift staffer in Gurugram condo

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a lift engineer in an upscale condominium in DLF Phase-2. The man was known to the survivor and lured her to the roof of the building with the promise of a gift, cops said.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
