Teen involved in 13 cases nabbed in Delhi

A teenaged boy allegedly involved in 13 cases of robberies, theft and snatching in Delhi has been apprehended, police said on Thursday.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order

Holding it mandatory for a government authority to expeditiously deal with and communicate its decision on a representation made by a person against preventive detention, the Supreme Court on Friday invalidated an order passed by Madhya Pradesh government against a doctor after noting that no decision was taken on his representation for two months.
