Delhi HC grants bail to former YES Bank MD-CEO Rana Kapoor in laundering case

The Delhi HC Friday granted bail to former YES Bank managing director and CEO Rana Kapoor in a multi-crore money laundering case being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain granted the relief to Kapoor on his appeal challenging a trial court order denying him bail.
