A 38-year-old Australian woman who had been battling depression for 26 years became the first to undergo a psychiatric operation in Mumbai-and perhaps in India-since the Mental Healthcare Act was passed in 2017.

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
