Maharashtra Congress forms 9-member panel to study proposed UCC

Two days after PM Modi made a pitch for a Uniform Civil Code, MPCC president Nana Patole on Thursday set up a nine-member committee headed by former Mumbai university vice-chancellor and Congress leader Bhalchandra Mungekar to study the proposed UCC.
