In a move that has opened a new front for a face-off between the AAP government and the lieutenant governor, the Union home ministry on Wednesday appointed retired justice Umesh Kumar of Allahabad High Court as the chairperson of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
