HC clears paves way for reconstruction of collapsed building after 25 years

Bombay high court clears decks for redevelopment of collapsed building at Kherwadi, Bandra. Kherwadi Rajhans CHS can appoint new developer, as the court permits. The collapsed building, Govinda Tower, was constructed by Apex Gas Services.
