Builder gets bullet wrapped in threat letter

A developer complained to Colaba police that someone had sent him a threat letter containing a countrymade revolver's bullet.Police have registered a case of criminal intimidation and begun a probe.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
