Three held for carjacking in Delhi Cantt, Dwarka

After several car robbery incidents were reported in southwest Delhi, three members of a Najafgarh-based gang have been arrested for allegedly targeting vehicles near Delhi Cantonment and Dwarka.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order

Holding it mandatory for a government authority to expeditiously deal with and communicate its decision on a representation made by a person against preventive detention, the Supreme Court on Friday invalidated an order passed by Madhya Pradesh government against a doctor after noting that no decision was taken on his representation for two months.
