Del: Stray efforts lack bite, make streets unsafe

It is the worst fear of many Delhi residents returning home at night, particularly in winter when streets are desolate — the fear of being bitten by a stray. And it came true for Suresh Jhamtani, 59, a resident of Q Block, Old Double Storey, Lajpat Nagar IV. Last Saturday around 1am, he was returning from a wedding when he was suddenly attacked.
