Rain, winds turn NCR air ‘safe’ after 27 days

Delhi’s air was officially safe to breathe for over 13 hours till Wednesday morning in terms of PM2.5 levels and the day’s average air quality index was the best since October 8, after strong winds and rain, including hailstorms at some places, washed away pollutants.
