Karnataka adds over 1,000 sqkm forest in 2 yrs

Karnataka, which supports about 10% of the total tiger population and 25% of elephant population in the country, has added over 1,000 sqkm of forest in the past two years, according to the India State of Forest Report (ISFR)-2019 released on Monday.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
