K'taka: Electricity bill to go down from Jan

Power c onsumers in the state can heave a sigh of relief in the first quarter of 2020. Reason: Karnataka State Regulatory Commission will slash the Fuel Adjustment Charges (FAC), a component of consumer electric bills, by nearly 60%.
