Merely entering into leave and license agreement, not informing police about it, not enough to invoke PITA against landlord: HC

The Bombay high court dropped a 2018 criminal case against the owner of the flat who had executed a registered leave and license agreement with the co-accused. The court stated that this alone did not constitute sufficient proof under the law to merit his prosecution under the Immoral Traffic Act.
