Outsiders to blame for Delhi riots, says CM

Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said “anti-social, political and external elements” indulged in violence in northeast Delhi, which left 27 dead and over 200 injured.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order

Holding it mandatory for a government authority to expeditiously deal with and communicate its decision on a representation made by a person against preventive detention, the Supreme Court on Friday invalidated an order passed by Madhya Pradesh government against a doctor after noting that no decision was taken on his representation for two months.
