'Clear cut' case, ED opposes Sanjay Singh's plea against arrest

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has opposed a plea by AAP leader Sanjay Singh challenging his arrest in a money laundering case related to the scrapped Delhi excise policy. The ED argued that Singh's arrest was based on evidence, including the statement of an approver, and that he was an influential person capable of tampering with evidence. Singh's counsel argued that his arrest was a "knee-jerk reaction" without due process. The court has reserved its order on Singh's petition.
