1 dies, 4 hurt as balconies collapse in Bhayander

One man died and four others, including an autorickshaw driver, suffered minor injuries after cement slabs of balconies of a ground-plus-three-storey dilapidated, vacant building in Bhayander (E) collapsed on Thursday morning.
