NE Delhi riots: Cop murder suspect held in Manipur

A suspect wanted for the murder of head constable Ratan Lal during the northeast Delhi riots has been arrested by the crime branch near the India-Myanmar border in Manipur. The accused has been identified as Mohammad Khalid.
