How Delhi cops worked overtime to catch this 'blue-eyed' snatcher

A snatching incident in central Delhi's Daryaganj last week has led the police to a notorious, "blue-eyed" snatcher who was arrested from Kapashera. Police had to make "eye contacts" with a dozen suspects to identify him.
