2 dead as balcony collapses in Delhi's Punjabi Bagh

A woman and her four-year-old child died after a balcony of a vacant two-storey dilapidated building collapsed on them in west Delhi's Punjabi Bagh on Tuesday. Police have filed an FIR and are trying to locate the building's owner.
