60% of bird species in India showing decline: Study

Over 60% of India's bird species saw a decline over the long term and only a small fraction increased, according to the second edition of the 'State of India's Birds' report, which assessed their data over the past 25 years.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
