A 26-year-old man was allegedly assaulted by bouncers after an argument over a cafe bill in east Delhi's Preet Vihar. He was beaten up and bundled into a car and driven to Meerut, where he was again thrashed and subjected to sexual assault

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
