Minor to be tried as adult, second in Delhi's Vivek Vihar murder case

The Juvenile Justice Board has consented to trying a 16-year-old juvenile suspect as an adult in the case related to the murder of a youth in Vivek Vihar in January. Earlier, JJB had accepted the police plea to try another 17-year-old teenager as an adult in the same case.
