Rakhi Birla rejects LG's claim Assembly convened in violation of rules

The two-day special session of Delhi Assembly began on Wednesday with deputy speaker Rakhi Birla arguing that lieutenant governor VK Saxena's objections to the convening of the session were "without merit" and "based on the wrongful definition of the laws".
