ED studying Jain’s potential gain if circle rate raised

The Delhi government’s move to effect a six-fold increase in the circle rates of agricultural land has piqued the interest of the Enforcement Directorate’s team investigating former Delhi minister and AAP leader Satyendar Jain in a money laundering case.
