Speaker calls 54 MLAs from rival Senas for hearing today

Fifty-four MLAs from the Shiv Sena and Shiv Sena (UBT) have been asked to assemble in the central hall of the legislature on Thursday afternoon with their lawyers as speaker Rahul Narwekar will begin hearing the disqualification petitions filed by the rivals. Legislature officials said that the MLAs would be called before the speaker to make their statements individually. Officials said that it was not clear if the hearing will be over in a day or further dates will be given.

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
