How 4 ganged up to sell NRI's Rs 40 crore plot in Gurgaon

Four individuals, including a lawyer and an assistant sub-inspector, have been arrested for orchestrating a fraud in which they sold an NRI's 40 crore rupee plot in Gurgaon. The fraud involved creating a fake general power of attorney and manipulating land records. The gang sold the land for only 6 crore rupees, significantly below its market value. The police are investigating if the group had committed similar frauds elsewhere.

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
