Thane court sentences illegal Bangladeshi migrant to 9 months in jail

A Bangladeshi woman was recently convicted by the Thane sessions court and sentenced to nine months in prison imprisonment for illegally entering India without any valid documents.

SC raps MP govt over detention of doc under NSA, nixes order
