Two Pakistani Intelligence Operatives (PIO) posed as women and lured Gaurav Patil, a trainee civil apprentice at the Naval Dockyard, to share confidential information about restricted areas. They claimed to work in the shipping industry and be part of the ship design department. The ATS arrested Patil on charges of criminal conspiracy and violation of the Official Secrets Act.
