DTC and cluster buses behind over 150 road accidents in Delhi till November

DTC buses and Cluster Scheme buses in Delhi have been involved in a significant number of accidents, resulting in fatalities and injuries. Experts attribute the accidents to factors such as road design, poorly trained drivers, and inadequate enforcement of traffic rules. While the number of accidents this year was lower than last year, road safety experts emphasize the need for a conducive environment for buses, stricter prosecution and fines, and improved driver training and mental health assessment. Additionally, experts suggest dedicating bus lanes exclusively to buses and improving bus maintenance.

Maha: SSC success rate dips to 4-year low

Appearing for exams based on complete syllabus for the first time since Covid struck, state board students recorded a 93% success rate in the SSC Class 10 results announced Friday.
